A Month of Birthdays and Anniversaries!

October was one busy month for my family! We celebrated three birthdays...Katie, my baby sister turned 19; Reuben, my middle brother turned 23, my oldest brother Chris turned...not sure. My mom and dad celebrated 30 years of marriage on October 20th, and my brother Steve and his wife celebrated their first anniversary. Whew! What a lot of celebrating, cake and fun we have had this month! Anyway, here are some pictures...enjoy!My sister, Katie...happy birthday girlie!Haa Haa! A 19 year old gets an Etch A Sketch for her birthday!!!My sister...super talented. She teaches violin, cello, guitar and plays piano as well.Playing in a school orchestra for a play...she was first chair violinist.Kinda crazy at times... Always my seester!Steve and Amanda~October 17th, 2008She has made my brother a very happy man. Couldn't have asked for a better sister in law! My not-so-little-anymore brother, Reuben.Always has been a good brother.A good hunter...Crazy crazy crazy.Be afraid...be very afraid!My parents...30 years together!

So blessed to have parents that were dedicated to homeschooling all 6 of us.

Mommy's Sweater...

Hannah LOVES to carry clothing around the house. Whether it is clean laundry that I am trying to fold, dirty laundry going to the basement to be washed, clothes on the hamper in the bathroom, hand towels in the kitchen...you name it. If she can reach it, she will carry it around wherever she goes. So, she found my sweater one day so instead of carrying it around, I put it on her. She WORE it around until she started to trip on it. It was pretty cute...especially when you see how big it was on her.

We always have the best time when visiting and playing with Aunt Katie. She thought it would be a great idea to play in the leaves. Hannah had other ideas (chasing kitties), but it was still cute.
